A certified Credit Officer with vast banking experience and extenuated wide knowledge in business process management, process reengineering, policies and procedures development, corporate & retail banking, risk mitigation and assessment, credit analysis, documentation, banking operations and risk control.
This strong base of knowledge and experience has been utilized in establishing several new departments at several banks in areas of Risk Control and Business Process Management.
With over twenty-five years of experience of risk assessment , risk control and process reengineering , was able to liaise with all business lines as well as operations, IT and support areas to initiate standard policies and procedures and review others.
The task entails periodic review and update of all initiated, developed, and restructured policies and procedures in a timely manner and fixed targets to ensure standardizing bank’s practices across the board.
With extensive experience spanning over two decades in banking, I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and establish robust frameworks for business excellence.
